This year we are offering exhibitors the option of purchasing a larger stand, or combinations of stands to create a larger exhibiting space. However we know that in previous years exhibitors have expressed an interest in being able to display larger products such as cranes, without them dominating their stand space where they need room to interact with visitors and display smaller items and product literature. We have set aside a designated area in the exhibition where you can showcase your larger exhibits, and this space is allocated on a first come first served basis.
If you are interested in bringing a large display to the event, please call Gabrielle Thomas on 01480 432801 as soon as possible after confirming your stand booking, to discuss the nature and dimensions of your large display item. No fee is charged for this service, however all space is allocated on a first come first served basis so we advise companies withing to utilise this space to enquire early to avoid disappointment.
Your exhibition stand should speak volumes about you as a company. Whether you are using LiftEx for a new product launch, or as a dedicated meet and greet opportunity, you want your stand to be noticeable. There are lots of companies out there offering exhibition stands, banners and items such as furniture and AV equipment. Think carefully about whet you are hoping to acheve from the event when designing your stand.
Consider the colours of your company brand and use bold, co-ordinating colours to catch visitors eyes. Maximise the use of your space by investigating different types of display to find one that suits you, and consider using literature holders instead of having your companys printed materials spread out over a table.
If you want to be able to talk at any length to certain visitors, consider having a couple of chairs and a small table set aside for this purpose where you can take your visitor to one side and interact with fewer distractions. If you are using AV equipment to show information video's, make sure there is space within your stand for a small group of people to stand and watch; if they gather in one of the aisles to watch your video but keep having to move for other visitors wishing to pass, the impact of what you are showing them will be lost.
Having small promotional giveaways on your stand is always a nice touch as a marketing tool for exhibitions. Whether its as simple as branded pens or other stationary, to some of the quirkier gifts such as branded mouse mats or golf balls, being able to give something as a thank you to visitors for taking the time to speak with you helps solidify a good impression. Think about the type of visitor you hope to attract and choose a gift that would appeal to most of the people you hope to meet.
