Your experience of LiftEx 2010 begins as soon as your booking is confirmed. It is now that you should start thinking about how to let the right people know that you are investing in your company's public image and future success, and that you want them to be a part of your event.
Your most important data source is arguably your existing customer database. Letting your existing customers know that you are exhibiting at LiftEx shows them the importance you place on the success and image of your business. In addition to this, most companies will also have a database of prospective clients, you may have a list of preferred suppliers or your individual staff members might just know of someone who would appreciate getting an invitation - what better way to encourage them along to find out more about your company than offering them advance tickets to LiftEx?
It's FREE for them to attend, and with a little careful planning of the purpose of your stand, you can create a real draw to bring the crowds in. New product or service launches are great for this, as are company celebrations (is it your company's 50th anniversary for example?). You could use the event to demonstrate some of your most popular or unique products, or simply as a more intimate meet-and-greet scenario; have a few chairs on your stand and take the time to sit and talk to your visitors. There is nothing quite like the personal touch to make customers feel important and valued, and encourage them to think of you next time they are in the market for a new product or service.
We have prepared a FREE invitation template for you to use as a guide to create effective email shots, or personalised invitations. Just click the link below. You will also find the LiftEx logo's separately which can be used on your website, in your company newsletters, or as a footer on all your outgoing correspondence so that anyone you have any contact with can know you are a part of the show.
<-------- COMING SOON
This comes in many forms, printed and virtual. The LEEA is going to be promoting the event directly with a combination of press releases, carefully selected magazine advertising opportunities, our own in-house communications programme and of course, via our website and newsletters. As such we are offering all exhibitors FREE advertising space on the LEEA LiftEx web pages, in the form of a full page company profile in the Exhibitor Listings area. Simply email us with your profile in a word document NOT PDF along with any photographs, logo's or other images you want to include, and we will create you your very own page on the website with direct links back to your own site. Don't forget, once your page is created you can create a link from your website back to the LiftEx 2010 pages so any visitors to your website can see that you are exhibiting. If you need any help with this please do not hesitate to contact us.
Industry specific magazines can offer competitive deals for advertising space in their magazines so don't be afraid to explore this. Don't just think lifting; think EVERYTHING. If your company is in the oil and gas industry , there are sector specific magazines for your field just as there are for companies in CAD design software or agriculture. The more people who know about your plans to exhibit, the more visitors you can expect and the greater the potential return on your investment.
TELL PEOPLE YOU ARE EXHIBITING! It's that simple. Tell your business contacts, tell your customers when you call to speak to them about an order, tell your suppliers when you order new stock. Word of mouth is a powerful advertising tool and the more people you tell, the more people will visit the LEEA LiftEx 2010 webpages, and the more people could decide to either visit you, or perhaps exhibit themselves.
