Absentee Representation

The LEEA is much more than just a UK association - our members are worldwide and we appreciate that there are an ever increasing number of overseas business relationships between companies in the UK and other countries across the globe.  We also appreciate that for many of our overseas members, it is occasionally quite difficult and expensive to travel to another country to take part in and exhibition. 

Are you part of a Non-UK based member organisation that would like to exhibit at LiftEx 2010, but cannot get to the UK to do so?

If so, our Absentee Exhibitor Scheme will allow you to give your business a physical presence at the show, and you can trust the LEEA's team of professionals to ensure your company is promoted amongst visitors and other exhibitors at LiftEx 2010.

This year we will be offering a dedicated space at the exhibition reserved for overseas Absentee Exhibitors who are unable to make the journey to the UK for LiftEx 2010. This allows you to send us a selection of your company's promotional materials such as leaflets and brochures, and also small product examples. These materials will be displayed in a prominent section of the show and LEEA staff with distribute items on your behalf.

You should fill in the application form clearly in BLACK ink and in BLOCK CAPITALS, then follow the instructions for returning your application to us. Applications with credit card payments can be faxed, posted or scanned and emailed back to us as shown on the form. Applications with payments via cheque should be posted back to us at the address indicated. Please do not send cash with your application form

Absentee Exhibitor fees must be paid in full with your booking. The deadline for all applications for this scheme is September 30th 2010. Once your booking is confirmed you will then need to send us your materials for the stand. The deadline for receipt of materials at the LEEA office in the UK is October 31st 2010. The LEEA accepts no responsibility for materials which arrive too late to be exhibited at LiftEx 2010, nor for materials lost in transit and any costs relating to these events.

IMPORTANT NOTES:  The normal stand booking option is also open to overseas members; this is simply an alternative option to help as many members as possible to have their presence in the event.  Please use the Return To Bookings link on the right if you wish to make a standard application for a stand at LiftEx 2010.
