Bookings

Exhibiting at LiftEx is a rewarding and exciting experience, allowing you to build upon your relationships with existing customers, initiate contact with prospective customers, and network with other providers of a wide variety of equipment and supplies to the lifting gear industry.

If you have made the decision to give your company’s public profile a boost by exhibiting at LiftEx 2010, you will find everything you need to book your exhibition space on this page.

Stand availability will initially be;

• 20 (twenty) 2m x 2m stands
• 50 (fifty) 2m x 3m stands

Don't forget: If you are interested in having more than 2m x 3m of exhibition space you can purchase more than one stand! In fact, your presence at LiftEx can be as great as you want; if you are buying more than one stand and having difficulty finding consecutive available stands please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to accommodate your requirements.

Stand prices are as follows:

All companies making early bookings which are paid in full by July 31^st 2010 will receive a £100 discount on the total list price of your booking. PRICES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF VAT AT 17.5%

IMPORTANT: If you are an LEEA member company based outside the UK and are unable to travel to the UK to exhibit, please click on the link to the right for more information about how to take advantage of the Absentee Exhibitor Scheme, and still have the opportunity to have a material presence LiftEx 2010.

How to Book

Before completing your application form, please use the links below to consult the PDF plan of the exhibition layout and the current Exhibitor Listing to ensure that your chosen stand or combination of stands is available. You will need to indicate which stand numbers you require on your application form.

Once you have chosen your location, you can download the application form below. Please take care when filling in this form, and ensure you provide all the information required so that we can process your reservation quickly and efficiently.

You should fill in the application form clearly in BLACK ink and in BLOCK CAPITALS, then follow the instructions for returning your application to us. Applications with credit card payments can be faxed, posted or scanned and emailed back to us as shown on the form. Applications with payments via cheque should be posted back to us at the address indicated. Please do not send cash with your application form

Remember, all bookings MUST be paid in full by September 30th 2010, but all early bookings paid in full by July 31st will receive £100 off the total list price of your booking.

Exhibitors will find the Exhibitors Checklist pages useful as they summarise the key considerations for anyone purchasing a stand at LiftEx 2010, including promotional ideas and opportunities, logistical information and recommendations on how to get the most out of your LiftEx experience. Once your application is received and confirmed, we will also send you your Exhibitors Information Pack so you can be confident you have covered all the necessary bases before the big day.
